2. Description of Services
Nino provides online educational services for children, including live classes, recorded content, and learning materials in subjects including but not limited to Art, English, and Phonics.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One account per family; multiple children can be added to a single account
4. Payment Terms
- Fees are as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase
- Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of enrollment, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
6. Class Policies
- Students should join classes on time with required materials
- Respectful behavior is expected from all participants
- Recording of live classes without permission is prohibited
- Missed classes can be watched via recordings or scheduled as make-ups (subject to availability)
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our platform—including videos, worksheets, and curriculum—is owned by Nino and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without our written permission.
8. Code of Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or teachers
- Share inappropriate content
- Attempt to access others' accounts
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
9. Limitation of Liability
Nino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
