No Refund Situations
- Request made after completing more than 50% of the enrolled course
- Student banned for code of conduct violations
- Multiple refund requests from the same account
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No charges for future periods
- You can re-enroll anytime at current prices
